The Reaching Your Goals, Inc. Scholarship. To qualify for this scholarship all applicants must meet the following criteria:

 All applicants must be US Citizens.
- Represent a minority group.
- Attend an HBCU (proof of enrollment is required)
- Complete the scholarship application and send in all required materials listed on the application
The deadline for applications is May 1. Recipients are notified by July 1.
